Trustpilot warning
The screenshot says the company's rating is unavailable because of a guideline breach. A separate panel says the company is displaying Trustpilot content in a misleading way.

Trustpilot screenshots supplied to this investigation show a warning on the ADHD Diagnosis profile and a sharp split between five-star praise and one-star accounts alleging poor communication, prescription delays, refund problems and weak aftercare.
This page is written from supplied screenshots, a captured Trustpilot PDF and public company records. Claims that are not independently proved are framed as reviewer allegations or lines of inquiry.
The evidence at a glance
The screenshot says the company's rating is unavailable because of a guideline breach. A separate panel says the company is displaying Trustpilot content in a misleading way.
The captured page shows 67 reviews in the last 12 months, with 54% marked five-star and 36% marked one-star. That split should prompt extra scrutiny before money changes hands.
One-star reviewers repeatedly describe chasing responses, delayed medication or prescriptions, unclear complaint handling, refund delays and stress during care transitions.
A visible reply from Adhddiagnosis says patient safety, continuity of care and respectful communication are important, while disputing some content and inviting the reviewer to contact its complaints team.
adhddiagnosis.co.uk reviews
The strongest public-interest issue is not a single bad review. It is the cluster of similar complaints around a high-stakes service: ADHD assessment, medication support and ongoing prescribing.
Reviewers say they had to chase updates, refunds, prescriptions and responses after paying privately.
Several accounts describe missed or late medication supply, prescription errors and stress caused by delays.
Patients report a gap between fast booking promises and the support they say they needed after assessment.
At least one visible reviewer says they could not find a clear complaints route after problems arose.
Additional allegations now being checked
Patients have separately reported abusive calls, staff availability concerns, calls handled while driving, and difficulty obtaining records needed to move to another provider. These claims require call logs, emails, patient record requests and right of reply before they are reported as fact.
A further line of inquiry concerns whether assessment, diagnosis, prescribing and titration decisions were made by appropriately qualified professionals and in line with NICE ADHD guidance. A named former prescribing pharmacist has been raised in patient accounts, but this draft does not identify that person without independent verification.

Clinician listings and guideline claims
ADHD Diagnosis' public website says its assessments are led by GMC-registered specialists and lists three doctors. The public-interest question is not merely whether a GMC number exists; it is whether each listed clinician is actively working for this provider, has consented to the listing, is carrying out the role advertised, and is clinically responsible for the relevant patients.
Consultant Psychiatrist (Adult & Child ADHD), GMC 6074979.
Consultant Psychiatrist, GMC 7682386.
ADHD-Trained Clinician, GMC 7834569.
NICE says ADHD diagnosis should be made by a specialist psychiatrist, paediatrician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional with training and expertise, after a full clinical and psychosocial assessment, developmental and psychiatric history, observer reports and mental-state assessment. It also says medication should be initiated by a healthcare professional with training and expertise in diagnosing and managing ADHD, and that providers should ensure continuity of care.
For editors and producers
Compare the website's rapid assessment and treatment claims with patient accounts of delayed medication, unanswered messages and weak follow-up support.
Explain why a rating can be unavailable and how Trustpilot says it handles misuse, warnings and misleading use of platform content.
Map the Health Home Ltd and Pharma Aesthetics London Limited connection, then ask what safeguards apply when assessment, prescribing and pharmacy supply sit close together.
Test the website's clinician listings against GMC records, clinician confirmations, patient reports and the names appearing on diagnostic reports, prescriptions and shared-care letters.
Verify patient claims of a connection to a doctor suspended or restricted by GMC/MPTS in 2024. Publication should identify the exact doctor only after checking the primary decision record, current registration status, dates, role and relevance to ADHD Diagnosis patients.
